Delivery Charges
Our charges are based on the following:
- Base fare of $12 (within 1km) with a $1 surcharge for each km thereafter for the first 3km and $0.45/km thereof.
Delivery Days, Timing, and Locations
We deliver daily except for special occasional exceptions that will be blocked out on the calendar upon checking out your shopping cart.
Our trusted delivery partner will deliver your flowers within the time slots stated and we have no control over any specific delivery timing requested.
We are happy to deliver island-wide, except for the following locations:
Army Bases
Jurong Island
Tuas
Sentosa
Changes to Delivery Timing / Location
Any changes to the delivery timing have to be done at least 24 hours in advance. Kindly ensure that there will be someone at the delivery address on the date and time stated to collect the flowers personally.
Our trusted delivery partner will deliver your flowers within the time slots stated. We are unable to guarantee the exact time that your order will reach you. Our team cannot be held responsible if a delivery arrives late due to any circumstances impacting the availability of the courier service that we use or anything else outside of Evershine Florist Pte Ltd. control.
During adverse weather conditions (including heavy rain, storm, typhoon and flood), our delivery partners may not be able to deliver orders on time. This is outside of our control and we cannot accept responsibility for the late delivery of the order. Therefore, in the event of adverse weather conditions, we aren't able to refund or offer re-delivery of affected orders. We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to use a different delivery method without prior notification.
Please ensure that your recipient’s address, contact numbers, and gift messages are correct when placing your order. Due to the high influx of orders, we will not be able to accommodate any amendments made to your Valentine’s Day orders.
Re-delivery Charges
In the event that a re-delivery is required, an additional fee of $25 will be applied to your order. We do not bear any responsibility for any missing or wrong information. This extends to, but not exclusive of: incorrect address, no answer from both recipient and sender, incomplete address (no unit number, etc). We will contact you directly and payment has to be remitted prior to the re-delivery. To ensure the flower's condition and freshness, customer is require to update us the next course of action within 24 hours.
